How does the booking process work?
All our homes are represented on our website. Please input all the information requested and click on the box that your accept all terms and conditions. You will receive a confirmation email after you book the villa with a confirmation number for your records.
How far is the home from Disney World and the other Theme parks? All homes are in very close proximity to all Theme parks. Due to the ideal location of our homes near an Interstate ramp, Disney World is a less than 10 minutes drive, and the other theme parks such as Sea World and Universal Studios can be reached in 15 to 20 minutes respectively.
If I book a villa on your website, is that the same house I will get? Absolutely yes. The reason why our homes are described in such details are that each and every home has its own special and unique features. If you see and book a home on our website you will stay in exactly that home.
What do I have to do on check-in?
We want your vacation escape to start with simplicity. You will receive a key code 7 days prior to arrival which will allow your direct access to your vacation home. No need to check in anywhere. If you wish to meet with our staff upon check in this can be arranged prior to your arrival and we will be happy to give you an overview of your home and its features.
Do I need to bring towels and linens to the home? Towels and Linens are provided in the homes. There are two sets of linens for each bed and plenty of towels for your use. Beach towels are also provided for lounging by the pool or on one of our beautiful beaches nearby.
Are the homes non-smoking? Yes, all homes are non-smoking and this rule is strictly enforced. However, smoking is permitted in the patio area outside.
Are pets allowed? We have only a limited number of pet friendly homes. Please call our friendly staff if you need assistance in finding the right home for you and your pet.
Is there any shopping or dining close by the villa? Yes, grocery stores and drug stores are within a short drive. There are plenty of restaurants just around the corner with Applebee’s and Chill’s and of course most of the restaurants deliver. For more information, please refer to our dining guide. We also offer a downloadable list of all restaurants in the area with their contact information for your convenience.
When we check out, what needs to be done? All you need to do is lock all doors and place the key in the lockbox. We will take care of everything else. Please remember, check-out time is at 10:00am. If your would like to request a late check out, please contact our office at least two days prior to check- out and place a request.
What do I do if there is a problem with the home?
We are available 24/7 for any emergencies. A phone number is provided for you in your information packet and also in the information folder that is for emergency purposes only. This ensures that any urgency is responded to immediately. We are here to help you and assist you to make sure you are comfortable at all times.
Do you have a referral program?
Yes, we are always happy to have returning guests staying with us and will go the extra mile that you will want to come back again. You will receive a promotion code as a returning guest and if you refer any of your friends or family you will receive an additional 10% off your next stay with us.
