·     Pool maintenance: Pools are professionally cleaned every week on a set day. The service includes checking of chemicals, cleaning the pool and washing the pool deck. There is no charge for the operation of the pool heater upon guest arrival and departure.

·     Lawn care: Lawns are being cut and shrubs trimmed and kept tidy to ensure optimal appearance. Lawn care also includes a complimentary replacement of sprinkler heads,

·     Pressure washing of pool deck and furniture recommended semi-annual upon request

·     Garden mulching and landscaping upon request

·     Annual Air conditioning maintenance:

·     Quarterly Interior and exterior pest control.

·     Assistance in decorating or remodeling plans, including games rooms and furniture designs.

·     Professionally virtual tour of your home. This service includes staging to enhance the special features of your property.

·     Personal Meet and Greet for your guests. This includes a scheduled meeting to address any questions you guests may have.

·     Welcome (arrival) pack for guests upon request. This service can be provided and ranges in size and price.
