As seasoned travelers we feel it appropriate to share our holiday review with any future potential families looking to use this company for their holiday villa rental. Excellent, fantastic, accommodating but above all honest and trustworthy. Birgit and her team have been outstanding in delivering us such excellent service that we have visited Florida 4 memorable times and we have never been let down by her delivery of outstanding 'Wow factor Villas'. In fact, Brigit came to our rescue twice in the past once when we had been stranded due to the volcanic ash problem (we are from the UK) and secondly when we made a massive mistake of using another villa company to save a few pounds which turned out to be so bad that Tropical Escapes was the only way to get us back on track for us to have the holiday we wished for. Are we a fussy family> Yes; and why shouldn't you be when holidays are so important and costly, the standard of properties have always been of the highest standards and this is coupled by the excellent friendly service that continues during the stay with any problems dealt with efficiently and in a timely manner. When you book your holiday the look forward and anticipation is the catalyst for the family to enjoy prior to arrival and I can promise any families that you will not be disappointed on arrival, the base that you operate from is key to the holiday and this makes the foundation for the rest of your time being memorable. This home makes the perfect family vacation! For the price of less than an average hotel room for a week, we had a 4 bedroom house, with kitchen, gameroom, and a very private screened-in pool. You simply can't beat that. Best of all, the home was spotless! There wasn't a bug to be found, and everything from the kitchen, to the baths, to the bedding was immaculate. The location is fabulous. Not only is it very close to all the Disney attractions, but it is less than a 5 minute drive to grocery stores, and hundreds of excellent restaurants. It is also about a 15 minute drive to the Orlando Premium Outlets. Birgit did a great job helping us with all the details of our vacation. We are truly looking forward to returning to this special home for family gatherings every year from now on. Thank you!

My family just returned from a weeks Disney Vacation and it was great. We decided to rent a vacation home. I looked online and there were almost unlimited choices for rentals. I don't know about you but having a lot of choices is sometimes a real nightmare. What to do? I requested information from one site and tried to call the number provided. No response. My second choice was Tropical Escape Vacation Homes. I called them. They answered immediately and began trying to help me find the best option. They actually found the best place for us that was not even listed yet. The price was great. The place was better than the pictures and virtual tour. The best part was the easy customer services. Cathy and Birgit really did their jobs and took care of us. Really, I don't think I've ever experienced such good customer service, even in exclusive hotels. It was not easy leaving your beautiful rental. From the moment the 5 of us walked into the home on March 3rd, we fell in love with the house & everything it has to offer. The large open concept kitchen, dining room & living room were a delight to relax and entertain in when we weren't outside in the pool area. Waking up in the mornings was very peaceful. The large bedrooms & private TVs in each room were an additional bonus, as it allowed us to all have our private space when needed. Even when 2 more relatives joined us half way through our vacation, we never once felt crowded. The game room was a real treat - there was a lot of time spent playing pool and ping pong. We would like to thank you for giving us the opportunity to stay in such a wonderful home, and for providing such quick customer service whenever we had any questions. The pool cleaners that stopped by each week were very friendly & helpful. We had a great time at 564 Tuplo Ct in Calaby Parc! The house is so spacious and bright! We lived in the pool most of the time there and we loved the fact that there was woods behind us! We had a wonderfull time in Florida , specially thank you for our Tropical Escape house! The house was amazing , very big and perfect for our party of 9 people. The kids (3) had a wonderfull time in the swimming pool , while the big ones enjoyed the jacuzzi.... This house was really perfect for us. We can't wait being there very soon... This was our second time at 606 Paloma- 606PD. The first time we were amazed with the property and the second time even more ....the house is so clean and perfectly decorated, large open concept makes you feel better than home. In planning our trip to Disney in October 2008 we considered many lodging options. We considered staying on Disney property or in a hotel, but dreaded the four of us in a small room for 10 days. At the recommendation of a friend, we decided to explore the idea of a rental home. After viewing several web sites and making a few phone calls, we decided to go with Tropical Escape. Part of the reason was the friendly attitude of their representative (Birgit) as well as the nice selection of homes at good prices. We found the cost to be much better than a hotel. We were very pleased with the house which was extremely clean and very well equipped. Not only were we supplied with all the necessities such as linens and dishes, we also found the house included beach towels, beach mats, boogie boards and everything we needed for a day at the beach. It was wonderful to come back after a long day at the parks and relax in the nice family room or around the pool. The kids each had their own bedrooms, while my wife and I enjoyed the privacy of the master suite. We saved a lot of money by making some meals in the kitchen and eating at home. This was our first time renting a house for vacation, but the experience was so positive we plan on doing so in the future. Our stay with Tropical Vacation Homes was fantastic! At first while searching on your website for a home to rent, we were skeptical if we would arrive and home would be as nice and clean as shown but it was far better! The home was clean and looked exactly like what we saw on the virtual tour online. The home was newer and very comfortable. We had a great vacation with total relaxation like being in our own home. Being able to cook at home, if we felt like it and swim in our own backyard! Much better experience then staying in a hotel and having to run back and forth from pool to your room, here you can easily walk into your kitchen make something to eat and go back out to sit by the pool and enjoy! Disney was very easy to get to from our home and at the end of a long day at the parks it was nice to go into the pool for a relaxing swim before bed. What a fantastic experience we had with our teenage kids, so much so we are doing it again this year with another couple and their children. Our family was in Orlando for a vacation with the Grandparents. We brought my 78 year old mother, my husband's 88 year old father and our two children. We were looking for a home near Disney that could accomidate all 3 generations comfortably. We found this home to be a perfect match for our situation. It is located close to Disney World and has easy highway accessability to all the parks. It is is close to a shopping center for convenience. The house was very clean and spacious. The beds were comfortable and the overall house was exceptionally clean. My kids loved the pool and game room. They also loved having their own T.V. in their rooms. Privacy was essential to our family as there were so many different age groups involved. This house provided us with our own space and even provided a nice romantic element for my husband and I to enjoy. I am writing this note to let you how much we enjoyed staying at the vacation home we rented from Tropical Escape Vacation Homes. When I asked my husband if we could rent a vacation home, he almost screamed "no". He was a little skeptical, especially because we didn't know who were dealing with. But I thought let’s give it a shot…. I think I made the second best decision in my life (the first one was to go to Disney World of course!) The house we rented was in immaculate condition, professionally decorated, and most importantly, it smelt good! Not that dingy hotel smell that made me sick. Right away we felt at home. We had this one small issue regarding setting the thermostat to a certain temperature, we called your office. John (the guy your office sent to fix it) came in no time, in less than 5 minutes, he had it fixed. The best thing about that was I did not have to dial 0,1,2 numbers to reach the right department, I called, you answered and it was taken care of! My two daughters "loved" the pool, and my mom loved the kitchen. We saved tons of money (and health) cooking at home and were able to spend quality time with my kids after a long hot day at Disney parks. I would recommend you to anyone who is looking to go to Disney, with a vacation home in mind. You guys are just wonderful, we had a fantastic time. Thanks again Tropical Escape! Hi Birgit! We had a fantastic time in disney and the house was wonderful. Thank you so much for the gift basket and milk and OJ - it was so nice not to have to stop at the store when we got in on Saturday night. The pool was wonderful and we all enjoyed it so much!!! I just wanted to think you for kindness and I really enjoyed my stay in your home. We had the best time of our life at your home. It felt like our own house. We have never been on a vacation before where we could just relax and enjoy everything. The inside of the house was so beautiful, it really was like the house of our dreams. Shopping centers and grocery stores are close to the home. We didn't have to drive around looking for them. I would like to say is that if you never rented a vacation home you should. You and your family will have a blast like me and my family.

We recently rented a home through Birgit Daniel and Tropical Vacation Homes. It was a great vacation for our family. Having stayed in the ORLANDO/DISNEY yearly since 1998, we have never had such a smooth and pleasurable experience. The whole reservation was done online. The home was exactly as it was described; absolutely beautiful. Our favorite amenities were the pool and spa. It was the best place we've ever stayed. Being the Owners of two nice timeshares in ORLANDO, we consider ourselves particular. This home meet all of our expectations. We can't wait to come back. When we were driving through the Champions Gate community we were excited after such a long drive, but when we arrived at our house we felt a sense of relief. The house was beautiful and after we opened the door, well it was more than we expected and better than the photos. The house was clean the appliances were gorgeous the big TV's were icing on the cake and then the pool... double icing with a cherry on top. The bedrooms were big and generous, the bathrooms clean and shinny. The kitchen was well stocked and spacious. You and your gang came through for us big time. We hope to be back again next year so let us know when we can book this home or another like it. P.S. we have told our friends about tropical escape and hope some of them will join us next time. We had a wonderful time on our recent visit to Orlando. The house at 808 Suffolk Place was fantastic! It was very spacious and well appointed. We didn't feel like 6 of us were staying there. Everyone had their own space. My parents had the downstairs suite and that worked really well for them. Our children were happy because they each had their own bedroom and bathroom. We loved the Master Suite and screened in balcony. We slept with the door open every night and listened to the sounds of nature. The view in the morning off the back of the house was spectacular. We loved that it backed up against the nature preserve. It was so peaceful and quiet. I can't say enough about the private pool. It was WONDERFUL after a long day at the parks. Our kids swam every night, in fact they opted to stay there most evenings instead of returning to the parks. The location was great. We had easy access to all of Disney World and Orlando. We never had any problems with traffic and we arrived at all the parks when they opened. We were close enough to be able to return to the house mid-day for a break if needed. I enjoyed working with you and thank you for all your help in making our vacation a most memorable one. We will definitely be back soon and will recommend the house and Tropical Escape Vacation Homes to all of our family and friends! No more hotel rooms for us! Thanks again! Amy Green

Me and my family have spent 11 days at the end of febuary, the house location is perfect to go around the region and Disney in general. The house is very well kept and above all, the management has helped us in different ways and was always available to improve our stay. Our vacation at 564 Tupelo Circle – Davenport- was absolutely wonderful. The grandchildren had a great time in the swimming pool. The Theme Parks were very easy access from the home. The home was in great condition and when we go back to Orlando Tropical Escape will be the first place we will call for a home to rent. All I have to say is that the house was a place I could make my home. The home, furnishing, accessories and everything about the house was wonderful. I can't wait to go on vacation next year to rent another home from Tropical Escape Vacation Homes.

My husband and I and our four children spent a week at this home. On arrival there was a wonderful welcome basket From Birgit (Tropical Vacations) which was such a nice surprise. Birgit also was available for us to help us find a great beach for sea shell hunting. The community was very nice and clean, the home was very clean and spacious. We loved all the amenities of the home, the decor and the comfortable beds and the wonderful clean and beautiful pool. We will definatly stay here again.

It has been a great two weeks and we truly enjoyed our vacation from the first moment we walked into the homes and saw the beautiful Welcome Basket from Tropical Escape. The house was great and our little girl loved her Disney themed bedroom with her own TV. We stayed in vacation homes before and this one was by far the cleanest and really well kept. A phone call to the office on how to use the TV was answered right away and I also got some helpful tips on where to purchase our Disney tickets. We hope to be back again and will definitely recommend you to my friends and family.

We a family of 4 stayed in one of the beautiful vacation homes of Tropical Escape Vacation Homes for one entire month, which was only a few minutes from all theme parks. Der clean and immaculate home was located in a quiet community with a stunning view of a lake. It was equipped with everything that we could possibly need. We were welcomed by a large welcome basket on our first day, which gave us the feeling of home. The pool and games room were often used by our children. The house was perfect and we had pure relaxation for the 4 weeks. For Questions and requests was Birgit Daniel from Tropical Escape always available and assisted us with knowledge and great advice.
